Date: Saturday 21 February 2026
Venue: Northwood House, Cowes, Isle of Wight
Organiser: Spirivo Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”)
 
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
1.1 All tickets must be purchased through the official event website or authorised ticketing partners. If unsure please contact the event organiser at editor@spirivo.com
1.2 Upon purchase, you will receive an electronic ticket which must be presented at the event entrance on your phone or printed out.
1.3 Tickets admit one person only and cannot be share, resold, or transferred.
1.4 Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of full cancellation by the Organiser.
1.5 If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
1.6 Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.
1.7 Attendees will be provided with a wristband on the day for re-entry; wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn at all times.
1.8 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for behaviour deemed unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive.
 
2. Event Access & Activities
2.1 Each ticket includes general admission to the event, access to the wellness market, and participation in free talks and workshops.
2.2 Some workshops, treatments or experiences may require an additional fee, which will be clearly stated on the day.
2.3 Workshop spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless pre-booking is specified.
2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speaker line-up, or vendors without prior notice.
2.5 Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
2.6 All attendees participate in activities and treatments at their own risk. Please inform facilitators of any medical conditions before participating.
2.7 There maybe an age limit on some of the workshops
2.8 Each practitioner running an workshop, demo and treatment holds their insurance and responsibilities. 
 
3. Early Bird Prize Draw
3.1 Each Early Bird ticket purchased automatically qualifies for one free entry into the MIND. BODY. SOUL Prize Draw.
3.2 The Prize Draw is free to enter with the purchase of an Early Bird ticket and is offered as a complementary incentive.
3.3 The draw will be conducted at random by the Organiser after the Early Bird ticket period closes or the Early Bird tickets are sold out.
3.4 Prizes may include wellness products, treatments or experiences donated by event stallholders and practitioners.
3.5 No cash alternatives or substitutions will be offered.
3.6 Winners will be contacted directly using the email or phone number provided at ticket purchase.
3.7 If a winner cannot be reached within 5 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner, as someone of the prizes involve experiences on the day of the event.
3.8 The Organiser may publish the first name and town/county of winners, unless the winner requests otherwise.
3.9 The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.10 The prize draw complies with the Gambling Act 2005 as a free draw and does not require licensing or registration with the local authority.
 
4. Cancellation, Refunds & Force Majeure
4.1 Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances except full cancellation of the event by the Organiser.
4.2 In the event of postponement, all tickets will remain valid for the new date; refunds will not automatically be issued.
4.3 The Organiser is not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by attendees.
4.4 If the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (including extreme weather and government restrictions), the Organiser reserves the right to reschedule or cancel without liability.
 
5. Photography, Media & Personal Data
5.1 Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional use. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed.
5.2 Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should inform staff or photographer upon arrival.
5.3 Personal data collected during ticket sales will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and current UK GDPR regulations.
5.4 Email addresses may be used to contact attendees about event updates, future Spirivo Ltd events and prize draw notifications.
 
6. Health & Safety
6.1 Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines as displayed at the venue or instructed by staff.
6.2 The Organiser and venue accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to property during the event.
6.3 Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own wellbeing.
 
7. General
7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
7.2 By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
7.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
