Be part of the Isle of Wight and Hampshire's most exciting and fast-growing wellness event. Showcase at in front of a highly engaged, ready-to-buy audience. Following the success of our pilot MIND. BODY. SOUL event in February 2026, where nearly 600 tickets were distributed for just one day, we’re now scaling to a powerful two-day experience welcoming 2,000 visitors over the weekend (24th & 25th April 2027). We’re inviting standout businesses and individuals to get involved in multiple ways, from stallholders and workshop hosts to guest speakers, treatment providers and performers of spiritual and world music, plus any unique ideas you’d love to bring to life.
MIND. BODY. SOUL is a premium platform to grow your visibility and drive sales, promising a strong local and national multi-channel marketing campaign. Expect an audience that’s curious about holistic practices and focussed on discovering new therapies and businesses that agree with them. How Can I Get Involved?
Stall Holder - Inside
Option 1: 6ft Stall Inside- £110 for 2 days (£55 per day)
Option 2: Double Stall Inside - £175 for 2 days (£87.5 per day)

As a stallholder, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your business in the stunning grounds of the Grade II listed Northwood House, an elegant and atmospheric venue that elevates the entire event experience. Following a highly successful pilot event that welcomed nearly 600 visitors in a single day in February 2026, we are now expanding our space to host more workshops and activities across the weekend, giving you even greater exposure to a larger, engaged audience. Priority is given to new, high-quality businesses that have yet to be showcased at MIND. BODY. SOUL, ensuring these enterprises are supported while attendees experience a fresh and diverse range of businesses each year.

Stall Holder - Outside (Gazeebo)
Option 1: Gazebo 3x3m - £110 for 2 days ONLY (£55 per day)
Option 2: Gazebo 3x6m - £150 for 2 days ONLY (£75 per day)
You are responsible for providing your own Gazeebo
We're now expanding the event beyond the house into the stunning grounds of Northwood House, creating a vibrant outdoor experience with stalls and tents flowing between high-traffic marquee spaces that will host workshops and cafe. This wider layout allows for increased footfall, more visibility and a dynamic atmosphere where visitors can explore with ease, giving your business even greater exposure throughout the weekend. Please note that all outdoor stalls will be advised to pack down at the end of Saturday. Valuables can be securely stored in the house overnight, ready for you to set up again on Sunday morning. There is no overnight security, so we recommend planning accordingly.

Therapy / Treatment Stall
Option 1: Indoor stall (space for 1 bench & 1 table) - £175 for 2 days ONLY (£87.5 per day)
Option 2: Gazebo / Tent 3x3m - £110 for 2 days ONLY (£55 per day)
Option 3: Gazebo / Tent 3x6m - £150 for 2 days ONLY (£75 per day)
You are responsible for providing your own Gazeebo / Tent and massage bench
Showcase your healing work - massage, reflexology, reiki and more - to a wellness-focused audience from the Isle of Wight and beyond. With strong promotion across the Island and mainland, this is a chance to grow your client base, build connections and make a real impact in a supportive, high vibrational setting.
Would you like to advertise on the day? With our 'Share through Action and Wisdom' programme we are offering a limited number of spaces for individuals to share their passion and expertise through talks, demo or workshops (next slide explains more).

Large dedicated space FREE of charge
As part of MIND. BODY. SOUL, all local holistic and therapeutic businesses have the opportunity to use a dedicated space -completely free - to offer a talk or taster workshop to the public. This is a powerful way to promote what you do, build trust and connect directly with new clients. Every participating speaker or workshop host will receive priority advertising in the lead-up to the event, with high exposure across social media, event website and the event programme. It’s a unique chance to put your passion and expertise in front of a large, engaged audience at no extra cost. (Please note it will not be permitted to charge attendees)

Host a Private Workshop in an Intimate Setting
Option 1: 1 Hour - from £25
Option 2: Additional time and fee can be agreed
If you’d like to run a paid workshop (where you set your own price), we offer beautiful private rooms available to rent for intimate sessions of smaller groups and slightly larger spaces for a bigger group (exact capacity is TBC and dependent of workshop requirements). These spaces are perfect for deeper experiences - such as ceremonies, holistic channelling or hands-on practices. Rooms are hired in 1 hour slots. You're welcome to reserve multiple slots (subject to availability) to allow for longer sessions or back-to-back workshops. As part of our community-focused approach, each stallholder or practitioner is kindly asked to contribute a gift or voucher to our Early Bird Ticket Ballot. This is a beautiful way to give back while also helping to drive early ticket sales and ensure strong footfall on the day.
Your gift or service will play a key role in event promotion and act as the face of your business in the lead-up to the event. Wherever possible, we will include images, a description of your offering and direct links to your website or social media - giving your brand valuable visibility even before the event begins.
With this in mind, we ask that you thoughtfully consider the quality and representation of the item or voucher you submit, as it may directly inspire bookings, interest and future connections with your business.
