Following the incredible response to our pilot event in February 2026, it became clear just how much this kind of space is needed. In 2027, we’re expanding into a two-day event, with more workshop rooms, more stalls and extended marquee space set within the beautiful garden of the Grade II listed Northwood House in Cowes, giving you even more to explore and enjoy the experience at your own pace.
With wellness, there is no one-size-fits-all, this event is designed to help you explore what truly works for you and your lifestyle.
